Yes, colours and names can be personalised.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped when I place my order?

From the day of placing your order, it takes about 14 days to design, create, go through quality control, and approve your order before it will be dispatched. Therefore, please place your order in time taking into account the turnaround time.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Shipping options available include 1st and 2nd Class + signed for.

I want a completely customised order, is this something you offer?

Yes, please drop an email to lerosecreations@hotmail.com with your request, quantity and deadlines and I will confirm if I can help with your custom order.

Can I return my order if I am not happy?

All orders are made to order, and will always require your final approval before shipping. Unfortunately, orders cannot be returned for a refund.

My order arrived damaged during transit, what do I do now?

Please email pictures of your damaged package as soon as possible to lerosecreations@hotmail.com and we will investigate with the parcel carrier and offer the most suitable solution.
